Hasan Hammad is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at The Saudi National Bank (SNB), where he has been serving since June 2023. With over two decades of experience, Hasan has held various leadership roles in HR and business banking. Prior to his current role, he was the EVP Head of Performance and Reward at SNB and EVP Head of HRBP, Reward, and OD at the National Commercial Bank (NCB).

Ibrahim has a strong background in HR transformation, workforce planning, talent management, and change management across various industries including ICT, railway, aviation, and banking.

 He holds an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship and has completed several leadership development programs.

Ali Aslan's international career in broadcast journalism spans more than two decades and three continents and includes work for CNN in Washington DC, ABC News in New York, Channel News Asia in Istanbul and Deutsche Welle TV in Berlin. Throughout his career, Aslan has hosted numerous international TV talk shows with a global audience, often reaching over 100 countries and more than 100 million viewers weekly worldwide. He participated in the Financial Academy Forum 2023 as a moderator.

In addition to Jadwa Investment, Tariq is on the board of Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) and The Financial Academy. Tariq holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School (USA) and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Williams College (USA).

Hatim Al-Ballaa is the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry for Skills and Training at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and a Board Member of the Leading National Academy "Lna“. Mr. Ali Almansour has close to 20 years of experience covering investment strategy development, investment governance and portfolio management of public and private asset classes for various types of investors.

Ali has worked at high profile institutions such as Saudi Aramco where he was the head of portfolio management overseeing several large investment portfolios for the Company. He was part of a team that established the KAUST Endowment based in Washington D.C and he also established the investment management advisory function at Jadwa Investment where he provided advisory services to various types of investors including government funds, corporates and family offices. In his most recent role, he worked with a team to restructure the investments of the Public Pension Agency (Currently GOSI) under its investment arm Raidah Investment Company.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Finance Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is also a CFA Charter-holder.

Dr. Abdulrhman Fehan is the Senior Vice President of People Development at Riyad Bank, where he oversees the Riyad Bank Academy. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Fehan has held several leadership roles, including General Manager of Learning and Development at NWC and Director of Academic and Training Affairs at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
