Exchanging expertise and experiences in reshaping skills and developing the capabilities of human resources in the financial sector.

The convening of such an important Forum that addresses vital topics, like developing and refining the capabilities of human cadres in the financial sector, comes as a part of the ongoing great efforts exerted by the Financial Academy (FA) to contribute to promoting the industry and supporting the national economy.

The Financial Academy Forum (FAF) serves as an opportunity for exchanging local, regional and international expertise and experiences in the field of developing and upgrading the capacities of the financial sector’s human cadres. It also aims to enable the financial sector’s Human Resources leaders to explore and envision the future of work. Additionally, the Forum seeks to highlight how to leverage innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to advance the talents of human cadres in the financial sector.

We are looking forward for a unique forum of highly productive discussions that fulfil its goals. We hope the gathering would deliver useful lessons that would positively impact the financial sector development, thus living up to the aspirations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his trustworthy Crown Prince, May God protect them, under the Kingdom Vision 2030.
