Ahmed is a deputy Minister for Skills and Training at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, he is leading the skilling agenda and efforts in the Labour market, which include major initiatives and reforms.  Ahmed has a  diverse background  from  Economics and Finance, to public policy in various organizations like Institute of public administration, human resource development fund and capital market authority . He holds PhD in Economics and Finance  from Brunel University –London.  And he has published  in  public policy and Labour, behavioral economy and financial markets. He recently was awarded King Abdulaziz Order ( second degree ) for his national achievements.
