Jawad has held leadership positions in strategic businesses in Dubai for over 15 years, such as: Chief Operating Officer of Future City Global at the Investment Corporation of Dubai, Chief Operating Officer of SmartCity Dubai, Chief Strategy Officer of TECOM Investments in Dubai and Chief Operating Officer at Global Village, Dubai Holding.

Currently he is the only Pakistani that is a Member of World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Education and Skills. He is the founder of the largest skilltech platform in Pakistan.
