The Senior Vice President of Human Capital at Riyadh Bank since November 2020. He has held several leadership positions in the field of human resources, including Deputy CEO of Human Capital at Riyadh Bank between 2018 and 2020, and General Manager of the General Administration for Human Resources at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, now known as the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), between 2016 and 2018.

He has also held various positions at Saudi British Bank (SABB), including Head of Education and Talent Management between 2014 and 2016, Head of Education and Development between 2013 and 2014, and Senior Manager of Human Resources and Talent between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, he served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Individual Development at Banque Saudi Fransi between 2010 and 2011 and as the Regional Human Resources Manager at the same bank between 2009 and 2010. He worked at Commercial Bank for over 4 years, where he held the position of Head of Training Relations in 2008 and Recruitment Manager in 2008, and Senior Officer in the Recruitment Department between 2005 and 2008.

He has more than 15 years of experience in HR. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University and has completed several executive and leadership programs at international institutions, including the International Institute for Administrative Development, INSEAD, and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
