Previously, Omar was the Shared Services General Manager at Sunbulah Group. His commitment to excellence was evident throughhis role as Chief HR Transformation Advisor at various government and private entities. He also served as the Vice President of Musaed El Seif Group, where he crafted and executed the HR strategy for the organization.

During his tenure as the HR director at Aljomaih Bottling Company, he spearheaded the HR transformation journey at the company where he established a world-class mentorship program to foster future leaders.
